Testing starts with written scope.

Work only begins after written agreement on scope, authorised systems, safe testing rules, timing, accounts, environments, and expected outputs.

Testing is only performed against authorised systems. Findings are based on a point-in-time assessment and no review can promise complete coverage of all possible issues.

Retesting can confirm fixes when it is included in, or later added to, the agreed engagement.

Reports and evidence are confidential unless the client chooses to share them. These notes are practical service basics, not formal legal advice.
